Toolkit of School Food Resources
We worked with key people to develop a draft toolkit to help schools consider, design and/or implement school meal programs.
The toolkit provides comprehensive resources to assist in planning across the domains:
Across Semester 2 2026 we will be testing the toolkit with schools and gathering feedback.
This involves South Australian schools (with or without existing school meals!) having access to the online toolkit and using it as you see fit over approximately two school terms.
To gather feedback and understand barriers and enablers to school meals, we will invite you and your involved staff to:
– Use the toolkit
– Provide feedback online
– Tell a researcher what you think in an interview/workshop
