The School Food Research Program at Flinders University’s Caring Futures Institute is dedicated to building the evidence for school provided meals in Australia, supporting the case for change, and identifying and supporting organically emerging movements or interests. Our vision is that Australian children and young people have access to nourishing food that is provided by schools and supported by a co-ordinated, sustainable school food system.
